Please help me!
I’ve sold a listing and given the buyer the purchase. They claimed to have bank transferred but as they are with a different bank it may take a while to come through. I stupidly handed over the iphone ( which i was selling ) I have his full name which is real - His account is authenticated and has all good reviews but at this rate he has literally scammed me. I’ve tried multiple ways to get in contact and i’ve lost $370. what should i do?

How do i get ahold of an agent ?

You will get ahold of an agent/staff member by replying to your Email from TradeMe yesterday, as Lucy has advised above - TM don't have a telephone contact number for Members therefore Reply Emails is in effect your Chat feature in your situation and your best contact method, you can add/ask as much detail as you need to and an agent will respond to you by return email - Cheers.
