Ping payment

Do you mean nothing in your ping account or the money in your ping account hasn't moved to your bank account?

To withdraw the ping balance to your bank account: 

1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. Select 'Manage Ping' under 'My balances'.
3. Select Transfer out.
   
   

You can also set this up to pay out automatically in the future. There's more info in the ping FAQ:

You can refer to your ping statement to see all the transactions and what they were for. Here is the link :

Yes ping is saying $49.95 has been
Credited to my account. It has not.
It is in the transactions and showing a nil balance so it’s gone somewhere but not to me.

Refunds are made to the original payment method used by the buyer. - If you paid by Ping check your Bank account for the refund under which card you used to make the purchase - Cheers.
