Making a FPO on sold items

How many days has it been since the listing closed? I know that FPO's can only be sent on sold items a number of days after the listing closes, but I don't remember exactly how many - I think it was three days.

Its up to 45 days. If i go to sold items , click on the " more options" tag on a listing, the details of yhe sale and auction pop up, used to get a different page with the option to offer to other watchers....?

It's 45 days, but there are times you can't make a fpo.

If it was a MQL and your stock level was at 1 when it sold. If it has already been relisted. If a fpo has already been made.

Hi Callum, hasnt been relisted. Items sold earlier this week. Not mql listings either. Been doing it everytime something sold over hhe years ( we manufacture the parts) with no issues, not sure whats going on?

Mark - is it possible you had no watchers at the closing time of the Listing perhaps therefore no available FPO option to choose this time - Cheers.

Yes, i thought about that. I do know one listing yesterday had 7 watchers and i tried to offer it within a few hours. I guess its a possiblity they removed it from their watchlist though.

The test would be in watching the next auction with watchers on it through to closing to ensure watchers remained on the Listing - unless another Member can confirm - Cheers.

Just to rephrase, you can't place an FPO until three days after the listing closed. Has it been three days?

You can, done fpo's within a few hours of a listing closing.

S - youre still on the sellers watchlist after a sale unless you delete it from your "Items i lost"

Not 100% sure... I could've swore it used to be possible too, but this is a screenshot from a recent conversation I had with MᶜKay a few weeks ago.

That's a recent change then as I often send out fpos for auction sold items where I have more than one, but haven't been doing any like that this year yet.

You can make a fixed price offer immediately after an auction closes and sold,

I did that just last night manually, as deactivated in my products,had an good bidding war during last day, so whipped up another set identical, only a small one too, as knew I had more to do, over twice reserve,

And this is a one off item below, this is a sold auction from last night,

and I clicked on it to last night to see who the other watchers were, as quite a few on this Vintage item,

even when there are no watchers you will still have link, and if you open it up you get a pink message,

Maybe there was confusion with a success fee refund, which you can only apply for 3 days after listing closed to give buyers a chance to complete. Maybe McKay wasn't aware you had more than one item.

Im still at a loss here. Can somebody whos sold something in the last few days check to see if you can send a FPO? . Please note im not using "My Products"

This was sold on Thursday, and I can make a fixed price offer on it,

as said above, you can make fixed price offers straight after, But cannot apply for success fee refunds until 3 days after,

Yes, was listed through my products, But that screen shot is on normal desktop site,

It should not make a difference, that is a one off item, now out of stock, but can still offer it out,

Thats weird, im on the desktop site and cant get anything like that screenshot up. Did you just go to Sold items, pick a listing and click on More options?

I just went a and picked one of my last sold items, opened up the listing, not more options, and got screen shot within listing,

I have just gone via more options and get same screen with option to make a fixed price offer within listing,

Never had any issues before, guess ill just keep trying with future sales and see if it works out.
