Seller relisted same item I have won and paid

It seems you have already identified what "may" be the issue, ie thet they have more than one of that item to sell. If they only had one and they put it out for bidding, and it did not reach the $$s  they had hoped for, they may be tempted (against TM rules) to relist at a higher price and abandon your sale. If they are selling it at the same price as you bought for, there is no benifit in them relisting, if only one item.

99.18% certain this will be a seller with more than 1 of the item, if they are a second hand seller, its a bit of a conundrum for them, on what to do if you have multiple of the same item. Do you advertise that fact? Or do you just put one on and see what happens?

If they put one on, then they can take the others to their market stalls for example, it give a bit more freedom, if you advertise you have more than 1, then people may not bid, thinking that they will bid on the next one, or the one after, and then no one bids, and they don't make the sale.

I sure you will be fine, just sit tight, and you item will arrive.

Thank you gentlemen for the comments. The seller has mistakenly relisted the same item. Seller has deleted the relisted item and the item is now on the way via Aramex.
