Ping Payments Not Received Into Bank account? - Resolved

I haven't received yesterday's payment either which is unusual.

Mine hasn’t come through either

I've just received Sunday's payment but Saturday's still isn't showing.

Ours also hasn't come through, although today's payment did. Appears all Ping payments for Saturday 6th Jan are missing from peoples bank accounts.

Adding my voice, payment 6th Jan is missing for me too.

Same here, nothing from Saturday 

The Ping daily withdrawal for 6 Jan 2024 hasn't appeared in our Bank account either. The 5th & 7th have.  Is there a problem with the 6 Jan Ping Withdrawal batch - Trade Me ?

Same for me....I came here to see if others had posted this issue. Ping always used to go through very quickly, same day, but I have 3 payments sitting somewhere. Sort it out please TM

Also, just saying, (desktop) you have to 'click' twice...transfer & confirm, yet when topping up a/c one click is all you need! Call me cynical (coz I am) but it's just another ploy to keep money a bit longer if someone's in a hurry and doesn't confirm. I don't know how it goes on the app as I won't use it except for uploading pics...swiping on the screen can have you adding allsorts if you're not vigilant! 

Same for me. My 6th of January Ping payment has not gone into my Bank Account either. Come on Trade me, we rely on these payments please.

I have just spoken to someone and all they said was Ping payments go through at 2.45pm each day to Members Accounts and that it looks like this one may have just missed  it on Saturday but no worries the payment will show in your Bank Account soon so keep an eye out for it. So heres hoping it shows up in our Account today people.

My transfer out request was made on the 2nd. Hoping this comes through today

@Daniel, I think you should contact support about that one.  There is only one day missing, Saturday the 6th.  Also check your emails for any email about your 2nd January transfer.

Thank goodness I thought I might have been the only one! It’s been a bit stressful

I had 2 transactions, Ping withdrawal next day, no money have showed up 3 days later!

Still waiting on a Sunday 6th transfer out and a Monday 7th (yesterday) … this is painful please sort it out TM!

not a good experience.. first time using ping

2:45pm has passed yet again, and still no money in my account. Wait another 24 / 48 / 72 hours I guess? Not using Ping again, the convenience is cancelled out by the huge delay of being able to transfer the money out into your account, not to mention the fee which seems on the high side.

Hi Tim - you can also expect to see that in your account today. The payments go at 2.45 so any delay from then will be down to bank processing. 

still no money in my account this afternoon from any of the 6th of 7th Jan transfers, this is really becoming an issue!!!

My Ping payment hasn’t shown in my account payed to me 12th Friday and now Tuesday 16tu still nothing

I’m in the same boat… transferred from ping to my bank yesterday around 3pm and it hasn’t shown up in my bank account yet
