How do I get rid of the Ping payment option of my Trade Me account?

When you list an item, in the Payments section within the listing process Ping is a default setting automatically ticked. - You can't move or delete this default setting from your TradeMe as it is within the listing process - all you can do is untick the Ping as a payment option whilst you are listing each item - Cheers.

Pic 2. - Scroll down the Price & Payment screen page to Select payment methods - Ping, NZ Bank account & Cash are all auto selected in the New Listing steps

If you Don't want any of these payment methods you have to remove the tick in the box.

NOTE: This is Not in your TradeMe account - this is in the system New Listing steps - If you have Live Listings showing Ping as a payment method you can Edit your Listing, Go to the Price & Payment screen page and untick the Ping box.

If you want to remove a card you use to pay for items by Ping...

1. - Select My TradeMe at the Top Right of any TM page

2. - Scroll down your Account details page to My balances

3. - Under My balances Select Manage Ping

4. - Scroll down the screen page to Payment methods -> Select the 3 dots next to any card you have loaded -> Select the Delete word which comes up in Red

To pay by Ping again you will have to reload your card details - Cheers.
