Ping issue with withdrawals.
So i signed up with trademe many moons ago and used my maori translation name for my english name on my legal documents, but also i used my legal home address,( where i dispatched my sales from) my same mobile number i use today, and my email address which has my maori name in it herewini.
Now having said all that, i received an email from Ping/trademe security person requesting some ID as there was an issue with, basically my name i used on trademe to my english name on my drivers license.
Now i paid trademe for the process using my debit card with the same english name on it as my drivers license, and the packages have been sent from the same address on my trademe account, my home, and the emails they send are to the same herewini, me.
The communication following their emails got poorer and silent the more i asked questions and trying to be helpful only to find out 24 hours later i had to go to the trademe site and submit a query.
Now has angered and frustrated me which is the reason i have posted this and hope some common sense comes to all who come accross this issue.
so basically its my maori name thats the only different details on my trademe account.

Unfortunately im being lied to again, 24 hours ago now when i got an email from the trust and safety team stating (As the result of a recent review process, your scheduled Ping balance withdrawal is now approved and ready for processing in the next payment batch) That payment batch time has expired for today so now i have to wait another day for the payment batch, how much longer am i going to have to put up with the stress trademe and ping have put me through, so unnessacary. i justwant whats owing to me.

Herewini, has anyone confirmed to you that it missed the batch? I can see that the payment was released yesterday.
No, it isn't great if you don't have your money yet. However it's good that the issue with the identification and your name was resolved.

Yes you are correct Lucy the ID issue was resolved, as i stated in my comment about the email sent to me yesterday from the trust and safety team, but yet there is no funds deposited into my bank or is it my understanding it will take 2 days to clear ?

I can confirm that it was in the batch for today. If there is a delay in seeing it in your account, that will be down to bank processing times. You could get in touch with your bank to check, but it should be showing in there soon. 🙂

Yeah It’s done the same too like I made a small error off putting my last name on tradme with my mums last name now it’s mucked everything over I can’t send out the parcel cause the buyers money ain’t come in yet it’s like trade me fix it.
