No winning confirmation from Trade Me
AnsweredI have not been getting any "you won the auction' advice from TradeMe. Anyone else finding that?

Ranger, at the bottom of every page on here is a footer with links to most common pages, including Community. It's been this way for many many years, even on the old site.

In the past once I have won an auction, I have received two emails - one with the winning details and the second with the payment details. Presently I am not getting either of these and it can become a tiresome process to get the information from the seller when they have already provided bank details etc via TradeMe.

Also, the "Community" page is impossible to find. Where is it kept hidden now, please?

Thank you. The bottom of the page has always been considered TradeMe's 'admin', so to speak.

If the seller has already provided bank details via Trade Me, you can view them anytime on Trade Me itself. From your won items page there is a blue "payment instructions" link on the right next to the auction.
But don't forget this only occurs for sellers that have setup payment instructions to be sent automatically. Not all do unfortunately. Those are the ones you need to chase up sometimes.

Do you get other emails from Trademe like favourites, bids, feedback, newsletters etc? Do you get emails from Help - Trademe eg copies of this post here? If you are not getting Trademe emails, check your spam folder in case they have accidentally been marked as spam, especially if you have a problematic email like xtra. If no joy, contact Trademe during work hours via the live chat and they can check email logs to see what emails they have sent you and check if they are getting blocked etc.

The Live chat is on the Contact Us page, link at bottom of any page.
Working hours are 9:30 am – 5:00 pm Mon-Fri, and 9:30 am – 4:00 pm Sat-Sun.
Click the blue circle bottom right on that page, then type in a question like "Talk to a human" then wait till one is available.

Hi Ranger. Everything seems good here. You can work through this checklist from the help file. If everything seems OK there you can consider checking in with Trade Me and they can confirm if the email was sent from their end.
