Kia Ora John,
Yes! The Faulty Goods resolution clause can take some time to be processed - Refer to Post: Seller slowing the Ping refund? which has a very good graph by Callum which walks through this process - whilst the wait may be long it is paid in full including shipping cost.
TradeMe will be investigating your Seller's account as part of this process, which also takes time and they will apply necessary restrictions, they aren't able to disclose any details here as this would be in breach of the Privacy Policy - I hope this is resolved for you quickly - Cheers

To whom it may concern
I am writing in as a disappointed customer. I purchased a new maxkon ice machine approximately 4 months ago (warranty 12 months), which when arrived worked well and then 2 weeks ago has stopped working. When emailing a complaint through to the company at the same day, I was sent an email address requesting more info on the issue. This email address being Auctionnzcs. To which I responded with an in-depth description of the issue. I then received another email asking for more information on the problem with another email address this email address starting withBestsaver. I then haven't received any contact with either Chris or Adrian from your company. I have tried multiple times over the last week to reach out but sadly no further communication. I am very unimpressed with the situation. Please help.

Hello I bid on an electric bike which was described as being in "very good condition". However after I had won the auction the owner told me that the battery was not good . So after corresponding we have agreed that the sale should not go through The seller was polite and accepted that his description was not accurate. I am not complaining but he did ask me to write to TM and explain that the bike sale should not go through. the sale reference is: P231309145:
regards, Rosaleen

Kia Ora Rosaleen,
Your Seller needs to apply for their Success fee refund - they can flag that the Sale is not going ahead - if you receive an email from TM you can advise them you won't be proceeding then, if further questions are asked you will be able to advise as you have here - Cheers.😊

I am writing in because i bought an electric mower only yeaterday - I paid cash to the sellers wife. i tried the mower once and mowed a strip of grass and was successful. I had placed positive feedback by mistake immediately after mowing the strip thinking it was great. . I emptied the catcher, returned to restart the mower and it didnt work. I also discovered that there wires were exposed between the start up and battery 🤦♀️. Which was quite cleavely hidden. This was not in the description of the item. So i went to go charge the battery until it said it was full charged, went to try again and it didnt start. I immediately contacted the seller via text message and he didnt respond. I am in the next day now and i have rung the phone number of the seller and sent an email to get the situation sorted. I am tempted to go over to the sellers place and take it back. I would like a refund really but trying all other avenues before going to trade me. (FYI - I tried to correct my feedback on trade me but accidentally deleted the sale on "won" thinking that it would only delete my feedback, now I can't see it)

Kia Ora Tessa,
You can get back to your placed feedback by going through to the Seller's feedback page Or your page if feedback was placed for you However I would hesitate to make any amendment as you can only change feedback the once - there is a possibility you may yet be able to reach a resolve with your Seller. - With cash payments you have 45 days from the listing closing in which to file a dispute resolution report to have assistance from TradeMe However since the item is faulty you have an extension to this time so good on you for attempting a resolve with your Seller first - All the Best - Cheers.
