Kia Ora Ryan,
When did the auction close? - Have you paid for the item?
TradeMe allow a 7 day week to complete all Trades however they do expect contact within 2 days.
If this has passed the 7 days your first step would be to place a Feedback stating you have sent emails & messages, please check your spam/junk folder and make contact with me. - If there is no contact in the following few days of leaving feedback you can sehlect the Dispute resolution Tab in your Won items for assistance by TradeMe in contacting your Seller for you. - I hope your Seller is well - Cheers.

Kia Ora Dennis,
Sorry to read you're in limbo there,
Yes! the Dispute Resolution can take some time to be processed - Refer to Post: Seller slowing the Ping refund? which has a very good graph that walks through this process - whilst the wait may be long it is paid in full including shipping cost if you meet the eligibility criteria.
TradeMe will be investigating your Seller's account as part of this process, which also takes time and they will apply necessary restrictions, they aren't able to disclose any details here as this would be in breach of the Privacy Policy - I hope this is resolved for you quickly - Cheers.

Cody, this is the community forum where other members try to help each other out. Trademe do pop in occasionally. After this long, you would be best to Place feedback on the seller asking for contact as you only have 45 days after purchase to do this, but you can edit once at anytime in the future. You should contact Trademe using the Dispute resolution link in the auction you won. This will give the seller a prod and get things moving as far as a refund if you paid by Ping.

Kia Ora Cody,
Sorry to read that,
- Have you checked your spam / junk folder in case an email has ended up there?
- Have you sent your address for Delivery through TM or is it Pick up?
- Have you checked your Won items to see if a Courier tracking has been applied through TM's BAC? if this is the shipping method.
As Gary-NZStocked has advised place feedback asking the Seller to check their messages and Email spam / junk folder as you have also emailed them and to please contact you.You will want to select the Dispute Resolution Tab in your Won items for TM's assistance, TM offer Buyer Protection for Ping and Afterpay payments if the Dispute is filed within the first 30 days of the listing closing - Beyond that and for Internet banking transfers & cash payments TM provide assistance in contacting your Seller to remind them of their obligations if the Dispute is filed within the first 45 days of the listing closing.Beyond the first 45 days of the listing closing TM refer Members to Making a Disputes Tribunal claim as a buyerIs your Seller 'In Trade'? - Is it possible this is a registered business company? If you think they may be you can look them up on the NZ Companies Register to possibly obtain contact telephone number(s) and physical address. New Zealand Companies Register (companiesoffice.govt.nz).- All the Best - Cheers.0
