Started a listing but it isn't on Trade Me anymore - has it been removed?

Yesterday I received a notice confirming my listing (#4310701558).

This morning I discovered that it has been removed. I have paid fees for this listing and would like it to be reinstated or at least to have the fees repaid.

Can you please explain why it has been removed?

Kia ora Brian. Rather than being removed, your auction expired - it looks as if there was a scheduled end time added. I doubt it was your intention to only have it running for 12 hours so we can help you to get that back up and running. If you reach out using Live chat, an agent will be able to sort this for you swiftly. Thanks 🙂

i had a trade me listing it had run for a month and now it has been removed can i get it relisted without an extra charge

Kia Ora Ian,

All listings can be relisted within the first 45 days of the Listing closing without accruing a charge except for car listings which are renewed without charge within those same 45 days, any promotional extra's are paid for again at a reduced cost - Cheers.

My listing number: 4813459575 ended last night although I had it extended until the Wednesday 24 july 11:58pm!

Could you please advice me further what the next step would be, as it seems that Trade Me options for contacting them are almost imposible. Tried live chat, but options there are extremely limited, which I find strange!

It is free to relist your items unless you paid for promotional extras?

Check your Account statement to confirm if your were charged any fee's for extending the time of your Listing running - if you were you will need to discuss this with TradeMe staff.

To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen.

Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Listing number in this window enabling staff to pull it up readily.

The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 6:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm
