File a report page not working
I am having problems with a seller. I tried to file a report but it won't go through. It just goes to a 404 page "We couldn't find that page". What do I do now?

Kia ora Gaye. I'm not sure why that would be happening. You could try again from a different browser or clear your cookies, and if you continue to have problems you can reach out on Live chat and one of our reps will be able to help you.

Thanks so much Lucy. I will use Live chat to at least alert them that the page isn't working. I often see glitches on TradeMe and perhaps this is just a temporary one. Thanks again.

Are you attempting to File a report through the Desktop site or the App?
I can confirm I am on the Desktop site and the File a Report Tab in my Won items takes me to a landing page where I can Select File a report link which lands successfully in the page I need.
If you are going through the App there have been 2 recent App updates rolled out, the first was on Monday the 3rd of July followed by the Trade Me App update for IOS devices on Thursday the 6th July - if you have installed the latest and are experiencing this problem try closing the App down altogether rather than just exiting.
You can access the Desktop site from a Device Browser also - Cheers.

Where are you filing a report from? What type of Report is it you're wanting to submit? - There are several categories which have a File a Report Tab within them.
There have also been further App updates rolled out: Android vers. 13 August 2023 & IOS vers. 140.9 on 14 August 2023 if you are attempting via the Apps you may want to install the latest version Otherwise if your Desktop Browser is running that latest update where about are you filing a report from? If it is a Dispute Resolution from your Won items I can do this through the following Link File a report - Cheers.

How do i file a report against an item i recently won when i accidentally deleted the listing in my won tab?

Easiest way would be to go to the listing that you bought through either your feedback link if the other member has placed feedback, through the link in your Ping transactions page if you used Ping, or from one of the emails you received from Trademe when you bought. Once you are in the listing and it's less than 45 days since you won, you will see a link to file a dispute like below...
