I went to click sold on a asking price listing and it is still showing as unsold

If the item has sold you withdraw it. Feedback can't be left.

These asking price listings are set up like classifieds in a newspaper. There is no record online who bought the item, there is no auction process or buynow to click so the seller is unknown to Trade Me, and indeed everyone except you and them.

PS Make sure the item is really sold before you withdraw it. You have the money. Buyer has the item and is happy. Because once you withdraw the listing that's it. No going back. If they need to return the item for whatever reason you will have to pay the fee again to advertise it.
