Bank Clearance Times and Ping Funds Transfers
So now that we have we have the new multiple clearance times 7 days a week with banks why don't we see our Ping seller funds that are transferred out to our bank accounts appear within the same time frames as well?

Thanks Callum, that discrepancy has now been corrected. Currently Ping withdrawals are transferred out on business days. Apologies for any confusion that's caused.
We are based here in Aotearoa and operate on NZ standard time.

Yes, I was wondering if I would get a weekend ping payment. Nope. There is a bit of disparity in the wording on Trade Me. On the ping help page it says transfers to bank accounts happen 7 days a week. However when you look at the actual transfer page, or your ping account transaction page it's business days only. It might be worth questioning Trade Me to see if they are going to initiate weekend ping transfers.

I sold an item yesterday afternoon and its still not showing up on Trademe???

How do you mean not showing up?
Was it a ping payment?
Is it in your ping account?
Has a hold been placed on the payment?
Do you mean not transferred to your bank account?

I sold an item on 29th June with purchaser using ping and have still not received the payment in my ANZ bank account as at today 6th July.

When does it say in your Ping transactions that it was sent to your bank? There will be a transaction line like this..
If you haven't used Ping before, make sure you have the correct bank acc listed on your Ping setup page. I get mine transferred out each day and it arrives that evening..

Hi Sean. Couple of things to check.
1. Make sure there isn't a hold on the ping payment. (There will be a note next to the item in your sold page)
2. Have you actually requested it to be transferred to your bank account?
If there is no hold, and you have requested the transfer or have automatic transfers ticked. Then refer to your ping account page. If it is showing the transfer then you might need to contact Trade Me to see what has happened.

Check your bank account...i had a ping payment 20 June go straight to my bank account...it somehow bypassed the ping account altogether and the transaction still not showing going in or coming out of ping account even today!0
