item in wrong category & it tells me I also have gallery

have been going around in circles for the last 1/2 an hour & getting ready to throw something at the screen - partner tells me my trailer winch is for a boat & should be in boat trailer parts.. so I try to change it & system tells me that I cannot change because I have gallery - when the f did I buy gallery? & nowhere can I find me being charged for it?? why can't I find any if what fees I might have paid & wouldn't it be highlighted if I had gallery?

As different categories have different success fee rates and different gallery fee rates, it's not always possible to change categories. If you look at your Trademe account transactions page, any fee charged for gallery etc will be detailed there along with the listing number it applies to. Account page link below...

it's not even the trailer winch that had gallery - it was a jacket & I had no clue that gallery was added on the 26th? don't think that was the listing date & I don't think I had any reason to go into that auction - all it's photos had been added?

this auction is in ordinary trailer & been trying to change it to boat trailer other parts Listing #3613244178

just rushing off to see if the gallery is still on jacket as I relisted it this afternoon ..

Listing #3617992875 is the black denim jacket & that auction died Sunday evening & I redid it this afternoon - & never asked me for any extra fees - how do I ask for money back, as I don't think it was ever in gallery

they have made it difficult to do anything now

Hi Louise. Thanks for posting. Changing the category isn't always possible if you are switching between listing types. It sounds like you've got that sorted but if not and you need a hand getting that into the right place, we will need to help you do that.
