Address not recognised

OK. Sold a fair ammount. Recently 70% of buyers addresses are not recognised for booking in parcels for collection. No problem, I just re-type and the Maori one on the system pops up (No probs) and MOST work. However many addresses don't work after doing that and I have to book them in on NZ Post site (Address not recognised in TM, address recognised in NZ Post), why the difference?

Hi Billy, it can be tricky to narrow down exactly why an address won't work in our Book a Courier system. The best thing to do is to double-check here that the address you've been given is exactly right. Once you've done that, manually entering the address exactly how it shows up on the address check should do the trick. When you find instances of addresses that still don't work through Book a Courier it'd be great if you could Contact Us with screenshots so we can follow those up
