Receiving Ping payment withdrawal

Hi Sue, you can use the Contact us help page to get in touch with our Customer Experience team. You can either send a message through the help form, or the Chat bubble will show in the bottom right-hand corner of the page when the team are available on live Chat.

There is no code showing up on my bank statement to verify my Ping bank account. Please as i'm not going to post $7700 worth of rings until i recieve payment that Ping is holding. This will end up with me getting a negative feedback, which is totally unfair.

Hi Sue, Ping withdrawals are not processed instantly – the standard processing time is 2:45 pm on business days. Once the payment is on it's way, due to bank processing times it can take up to 5 business days to arrive in your bank account. Once a buyer has paid for an item through Ping and we've notified you to confirm this payment has been made, you can send off the item to the buyer as the payment is in your possession.

It is very dissapointing that Trade Me hides access to customers contacting them with legitamate issues. Very unproffessional & rather untrustworthy.

Hi Andrew, not sure what you mean by hides access, but if you need to contact Trademe, use the Contact Us page at the bottom of any page. If you don't get an email form after choosing the appropriate topic as not all topics have a contact form, use the Live Chat/Help button (bottom right) which gives you a box to write a message in that then get's given an enquiry number copied by email to you and is responded to by Trademe.

You didn't even answer her question...... HOW is one to verify their ping account, when one doesn't have a verification code nor is receiving it through ones bank statement.

Mollie, the best thing to do in this case is to double check your bank account details that you have entered here on Trademe in your Manage Ping page, and if that is correct and you don't have the 1c deposit in your bank acc and it's been 5 days or more, contact Trademe and ask them to have a look and see what's gone wrong.

You can add a bank account to use Ping and/or transfer money out of Ping - You may be required to verify this bank account. - Follow the instructions if you are Adding Or Updating a Bank account and to withdraw money from your Ping account.
You need to Register your account to Sell using Afterpay &/Or Pay Now - the instructions say Afterpay though this is for Both. - You can't verify your account without a code here, which is received through the registration process - Cheers.

S, in fact that link and info is just for PayNow/Afterpay, not Ping. You don't need to register for Paynow/Afterpay to use Ping as a seller, but you do need to have an activation code ONLY IF you want to withdraw funds from your Ping account to your bank acc.
