Tracking says delivered but buyer never got the item?
The tracking number shows it was delivered, and the buyer confirmed it was the correct address, but the buyer says they never got the parcel. Does this mean I should just refund the buyer, or is there a way to get NZ Post to double check the parcel was delivered to the right house? This hasn't happened before when i've sold on trade me so i have no idea how to sort this situation out.

Presumably it's not signature required? Regardless, NZ Post should be able to at least proof it's been delivered to the right address since all their parcels are tracked now, maybe a GPS location when it was delivered?
Get in touch with NZ Post and let the buyer know that you need to wait for NZ Post's investigation, before deciding whether to refund them. If they are not happy, just ask them to lodge a dispute with Trade Me, that will buy you A LOT of time.

Just hang fire for a couple of days. I received something yesterday afternoon that the tracking says was delivered last Friday at 7:30am, so allowing for weekend and holidays, I actually received it 6 full days or 2 working days AFTER it shows it was delivered. Was strange, as I had gotten email last Friday saying your parcel has been delivered, but it wasn't.

Also if it is going to a rural address , often when it says delivered, it means delivered into the rural contractors depot, not delivery to the rural address. Delivery at rural addresses does not get a delivery scan
