Stephen, purchase refunds come from the seller, so you'd need to ask them. If you paid via Trademe Ping etc, and the seller has refunded you the same way, it will show in your Ping account and from there you can either transfer out to your bank account, or spend it for more purchases directly from your Ping account. Anyway, the seller should be able to help.

Thanks Gary, my Ping account is showing a nil balance. Would it have gone back to my debit card. No money in Ping acc.

If you know the seller refunded via Ping, then best to check your Ping transactions page here which will show what's gone where and to what bank acc. You will also have been sent an email by Trademe if the seller refunded via Ping.
You can also check your Ping settings here as it's possible to have it set to automatically be transferred from your Ping acc to your bank acc daily.

I’m a seller of a vehicle. Unfortunately the wife i believe was making offers while the partner was at work. It be came confusing due to their emails addresses and correspondence from both. They put an offer in and i accepted but i don’t think they communicated with each other?! How do i get my listing live again?

Sorry to read you've been mucked around with that Trade,
You have to create a New Listing to Relist the car - under the circumstance TM may help you with the Listing fees However you will need to confirm this with them.
To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance - once you've selected the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing.If you enter in the Chat bot - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
After buyer completed sale he had a change of mind about price, he has offered a lesser amount. If i accept it it means the success fee is too high. Am i entitled to a refund? How do i go about getting it?

Sorry to read you are being mucked around with that Trade,
After a Buyer has purchased any goods they have formed a legal contract to pay the amount they have purchased it at plus shipping cost - There is No negotiation after the Sale - this is all to be done in the Q&A section pre purchasing the item.
You stick to the original Sale - if the Buyer backs out of the purchase you Apply for a success fee refund which generates a letter from TradeMe to remind your Buyer to complete the Trade, meeting their legal obligation - if TM don't hear back from your Buyer in 3 days they will refund your Success Fee & you can Relist the item!
If you choose to accept a lower offer after the Sale TradeMe is Not obligated to refund you a partial Success Fee, this is a transaction completed Outside of TradeMe - Should anything go wrong with the item After a lower offer is accepted outside of TradeMe And the T&C's you have very little recourse since the Original Sale Contract through TradeMe withholds the higher value Sold - Cheers.

Hi there would it be possible for me to have my trade me account credit refunded into my kiwibank account
That would be greatly appreciated, i really just dont use trademe for things i require account credit at this time.

Please use the cog wheel in align with your name in your Comment to remove your Bank account name & number - This is a Public Forum and you have left yourself vulnerable to scammers who scan for this information.
This is the form you will want to complete in requesting your refund - your Bank account details are fine to be entered in this form as it goes direct to TradeMe staff which is not seen by the Public - Cheers.
