Trouble contacting a buyer after they've paid for an item

Hi, had a buyer interested in buying part of a unit I was selling and he indicated he would like me to contact him if I decided to go down that road. I now would like to get hold of him but only have his username and number .

How can I reach out to him please.

Some ways.

See if they have any listings, then ask a Q on a listing saying you have just listed....

Or, you can wait till your listing closes, and do a relist or fixed price offer. If the other buyer still has the item on their watchlist they will get an email saying fixed price offer, or relisted, if they have that option turned on in their listings. If the member has added you as a fav seller they will get notification you have a new listing.

Or, you can simply list the part of the unit they were interested in and they may have it as a saved search, so will get an email from Trademe.

You could also check to see if you have traded with them before and send them an email saying... I can list such and such etc.

TROUBLE CONTACTING A BUYER

I have a buyer who has purchased a top and I have received the payment but they haven't sent me their address through Trade Me and I have e-mailed them 3 times.  Can Trade Me help me please.
