Paid for item, hasn't been received.
Answered2 mths ago I paid for a catbed, the sellers emailed me that they wouldnt send it while in lockdown, but I now see they have had feedback from others who have received their products. I have been unable to contact Trade me, the page to make a complaint wont load.....I now want my $ back...can anyone help with suggestions please.

A few things to try.
Email the seller
Phone the seller (look in their payment instructions email for a phone number, or google them if they are a company).
Ask a question on a listing if they have any.
Placing feedback will not be an option now as it's over the 45 day cut-off.
You can contact Trademe using any form on the Help pages but you won't be able to use the correct form now 45 days has passed. Choose any topic and on the last dropdown choose Other. You'll then get a form to write a message to Trademe in.
Other option for a quicker response is to use Live Chat. They are online just now when I check. Go to Contact us page, wait for a few seconds and you should see a blue chat balloon bottom right, click that to chat to a real person.

listing had gold sim tray but they never supplied it saying it was not in stock & kept delaying and now they have my money and the 45 day buyer protection is over! Sent many emails. Their last one (20/10/22) said they were still waiting for parcel despite them saying on 19th Sept it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. Trademe please would you kindly extend the buyer protection considering the continued couriering delays since the pandemic?
Also they continue to advertise the same

I purchased an item and the seller forgot to send it. I placed a negative feedback and now he says he has no desire to send it. One week later and it still hasnt arrived. This is mow a month. Just putting it on record.

That's not good to hear. Unfortunately placing feedback is the very last resort when all other methods of communication to get the trade completed have been exhausted and failed. Hopefully they have refunded you or you have involved Trademe by click on the Dispute Resolution link in the auction in your Items I won page.

I brought a product on 30th Nov ,Received email saying thanks for purchase will be sent in 3-5 working days. Heard nothing more. emailed on the 11th , 14th & 18th of Dec, they replied on the 24th saying product not sent due to logistic will refund in 3 - 5 working days. (filed a dispute and at this point no outcome to that) Never heard from them again..I emailed again 0n 16th Jan still no reply and it has now gone past the 45 day term trademe has. Emailed trademe 3 times and nothing from them either. All i want is a refund and move on... to much to ask?

Sorry to read of your ordeal with that Trade,
As you filed a Dispute Resolution form before the 45day ending criteria and you haven't heard back from TM staff yet your case is still open and valid.
To contact TM staff through "Live Chat" to get an update on where they are at with your case if you select the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page, give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing.
Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Dispute ticket number in the Chat window so the Staff member can pull your case up readily.The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best - Cheers.0
