Real estate email alerts not working

I used to have a few Real estate alerts for various suburbs of the Auckland region, and they were working fine. I changed some of the parameters, saved again, ended up with duplicates. Deleted the old ones, alerts stopped completely. Tried deleting and recreating them from scratch, still no alerts. The searches show in my favourites, and email every day is set. If I manually run them, there are new adverts daily. I have one alert that I didn't change, that one is still working as expected.
How to make the damn thing work again?

Thanks Nicolo for confirming that - it was a longshot but I had hoped that it might help.
Having now looked through current issues, this does actually appear to be a known bug. I'm sorry to say that I don't have any indication of when a fix will be available, so unfortunately you might have to rely on some manual searches for the ones that have stopped sending.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this will be causing you and anyone else that is missing these notifications. As and when there is any news on a workaround or fix, I'll be sure to let you know on here.

That's very disappointing. One would expect such a central feature to actually work, or at least Trademe to care about it if it doesn't.

Hi Nicolo, thanks for posting. It's strange that this was working fine but then no longer is after a slight change to the refinements.
I would suggest checking out this Help article and trying the suggestions there, to just rule out the possibility that the messages are now being deleted upon receipt as Junk. If in a day or so you're still not getting any of them, report back and we can take another look.

Other alerts are working correctly, so it's not an email issue.

Still not working. Tried logging off, clearing cache, everything. Those alerts simply do not work.

Sorry to read that, Nicolo. I understand you're receiving other messages but have you tried adding those suggested email domains to your safe senders list? Just want to exhaust all troubleshooting options that will be run through if this progresses.

Done. Didn't help at all. New alerts from other section DO work (even without the change). I also always check the spam folder. No dice. They clearly never make it.

Thanks S. I mentioned the case in the official comment that can be seen at the top of this post 8 days ago - I'd hoped that being up there and marked as official would draw more attention to it! Perhaps I should 'unofficial' it? We use that tool from time to time and were planning to up it a little more, but perhaps I will rethink that! 😄

Cheers Lucy it is Absolutely fine to be an Official Statement - it may just be better placed following the Comments in correct order than being at the top - that way reading in order it may encourage requests for updates rather than looking like it's been abandoned - an Official Statement at top with a "Update Below" link to the Official Comment below in it's rightful order would work well - Cheers 😊

I’m thinking not, as I have the same issue and frustrations as discussed 8 months ago in this thread between Nicolo and Lucy.
Can someone please provide an update.

May 2024 - still not fixed. Experiencing the exact same issue. Other favourite listings are coming through - just not property.

Kia ora Max, we're working on a fix for this, in the mean time you'll need to go into your saved searches and filter by ‘Latest listings’. Once we have fixed this issue I'll pop an update here.

Kia ora. Thanks for the update - that is exactly what I (and maybe others) have been doing. It is good you have provided that tip for newcomers to this thread who may not yet know about that.
Has this issue been posted anywhere to save others the frustration and need to come looking for this support thread?
