Having trouble with my Email
AnsweredThis is the 3 Rd time this has happened with trade me email account. It is intermittent. One sale went through fine. All other emails on my acct are fine. Checked my address on trademe , spam etc. Don’t want to let trader down and blemish my good credit Please help. Could you give her my cell phone number. To txt me .

Sorry to read you're having trouble receiving intermittent Sold confirmation emails.
This is the Public Community Forum you are in, we are Members just like you therefore identifying other Members in the forum is prohibited - You will have to Edit your Post to Delete that Member's username.
Occasionally TradeMe may hold an email if they are running a check on the purchase or Buyer's account for any reason, releasing the email once the check is completed. - There is also a known Bug in the system in relation to non receipt of the Sold emails - 1 Member found their Sold item in their Unsold folder complete with the Buyer's details.
A few things to try...
- If you click into your Sold item Listing itself does it come up with your Buyer's contact information for you?
- Try on both the Desktop site & the App if required & possible.
- If you have the Listing number you can run a search through the TM Buy/Sell pages to pull the Listing up - this may be in an earlier email from TradeMe if you receive a List of your Daily Listings perhaps?
- In the absence of a Listing number you could run a check on the Refined section under the expired Listings using part of your item Title.
- If you have no luck with any of the above you will want to contact TradeMe staff directly through their Live Chat facility for assistance in reaching out to your Buyer on your behalf as well as reporting your case.
