Buyer in Australia filed a non-delivery report, hasn't allowed time for delivery

Hello Chris. The first email you receive when a buyer opens a dispute is just automated. You can pretty much ignore that. After a few days and if the buyer still hasn't received it you will get further emails from Trade Me and eventually get to speak to a person where you will be able to explain your side of the story.
So for now just sit back and wait. Do you have tracking for this item?

I see on your other post you say it's a coin. I hope you used tracking, because that's a restricted or even prohibited item to send. Depending exactly what coin it was.

Hi there it was two coins one was 1899 year and the other was 1903 old coins was sent in a envelope as it was two small to send and the lady at the post office said it would be safer to send that was as I could easily get lost it was sent on the 14 th and it was a public holidays and a very bad storm I let him know of this as it would take about 3 to 6 days to arrive but with weather and holidays it longer

Wow that was bad advice from that NZpost staff member. Collectable numismatic coins are prohibited items and shouldn't have been sent at all.
But all that aside, yes it does sound like your buyer is being a bit impatient. Hopefully with some time it will arrive OK.
The problem is, if you've sent it in an envelope you can't prove you've sent it. NZPost won't compensate you either as it's a prohibited item that you sent.

Well maybe take it as a lesson learned. You shouldn't have been sending coins to Australia. They are a prohibited item. If anything you should go back to the "lady in the Post Office" That was absolutely wrong of her to tell you to send it, and what's more, send it untracked.
