Manipulating the autobid price via second account, then asking for bid to be removed
Seller using a second account to bid against your autobid, once they establish the max autobid by counter bidding they then ask seller to remove "their" bid. We've had this happen twice now and I suspect it's a known scam. It's near impossible to get trademe to investigate the fake buyers account.

Callum Community SuperuserHello Len. You can report this activity very easily to Trade Me. On the auction page there is a Community Watch button near the bottom. Use that. Then there is a specific heading in the dropdown for sellers bidding on their own items.
