Unable to blacklist user?

Kia ora folks,
Anyone else having issues with blacklisting time wasters on here currently? I keep getting the 500 error everytime I go to submit the user I wish to blacklist, does anyone know why?

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserAlso, check the name is exactly correct as extra spaces after or before can give that error. You also get that error if they are already on your blacklist.

Often if you copy and paste the traders name you end up with a space in front of the name. Check for that. Cheers.

But where on Trademe can you blacklist someone using iPad

Kia ora Michelle and Ray, you can't add members to your blacklist through the iOS apps. If you log in to Trade Me using a browser on your ipad you'll be on the desktop site and can add members the usual way. Here's the help page for Blacklisting with the how to.
