I've done this before. Unfortunately there was no way back. From memory I think I found I could re-import unsolds, solds, live, etc to try and save some of them at least.

I have many years ago accidentally done it for one just folder, not all thank god,

Luckily, I get the Items I have listed E-Mails, so was able to find original Auctions with links to auctions (as a lot had not been relisted for months, some where sold but often get more of same items), to create new listings in My Products just copy and paste and reload photos, which had already been edited in my products, so just use existing when loading them, 

so it wasn't too bad just time consuming, one mistake you only do once,

Just like doing backups for your other devices, it's good to get in to the habit of backing up your My Products data too. I select all and export all my MP products as a csv file for backup when I am going on to TM to download tax invoices on the 1st of each month. Takes up very little space and gives you good insurance in case of a mistake. Products can be restored in seconds. You may need to adjust stock for products sold since the last backup but saves having to find and copy/paste from individual listings or other sources.
