Courier payment failed?
Just got this message twice, nothing wrong with the card, tried three times, second time it told me to exit the courier booking page and try again, when I did, it told me the payment failed again.
Anyone experienced the same thing this morning?

I had a similar thing happen this morning. When I tried to pay $6.90, in advance, for the courier, my card- payment was not accepted. The only way I was able to proceed was to pay $1.00 first, and then make a second payment of $5.90 after that. Yet, tonight, when I put through a $6.90 payment, in advance, for another parcel, there was no problem at all, and it went through straightaway.

Kia ora TM user and Paris, I'm not aware of any issues with Book a Courier or payments. If this happens again can you let us know on live chat so the team can look into it, screenshots will be handy too if you can.

Hi Michelle and TM user, yes, I had the same issue happen, that morning, when trying to book a courier, with the words coming up as "Sorry, your credit card payment failed."
Hi S, the issue that I and TM user had, that morning, seems to be different to the one that you mention, some time ago, with Aramex bookings, as our one was just about the credit card payment not being accepted, and so, because of that, the NZ Post courier-booking could not go ahead.

Yes! Bonnie/Paris, That is exactly why I said similar as Both had the exact same error wording pre your payment fail message - this shows it is in the same path therefore looking at the initial report prior to the payment fail message can help lead to a resolve here. - Have a great day.
Edit: Both Posts record the error to exit the courier booking page and try again. - If you read this Post correctly this is in the original poster's comments - same as the Post I referred Michelle to.

Yes, I had the same wording as S-advising to exit the courier page and try again. So, the issue is at least 3 weeks old. I hope something will be done about it.
