I have tried a number of times to email the winner of this auction. They did pay in the end but I do not have an address to send the goods. I have sent several emails.

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Gavin,Sorry to read you're in Limbo there,Have you checked your spam/junk email folders just incase one has gone there?If your Buyer has any Listings running you could put a message through one of those prompting them to check their emails - the next step would be to place a Feedback letting your Buyer know you have emailed several times for their address details & to please make contact with you. - If there is no response from your Buyer within a couple of days you can reach out to TradeMe for assistance in contacting your Buyer on your behalf.As they have paid for the item, including shipping their intent is positive therefore you are bound to hear from them soon when the parcel doesn't turn up as expected. It is likely they just don't check their email regularly & possibly are using a different email address for TradeMe than their daily email address. - Cheers.0
