Why cant i simply email trade me with a question. With all the money they charge in success fees, you would think they could help out with problem payments

Why not just use their chat, its quicker

What is the payment problem you're having there?

TradeMe have multiple ways they can be contacted via email format which include using their drop down menu's after selecting the 'Contact us' link in fine print at the bottom of most site pages - using the Live Chat facility in Afterhours mode - using a form linked to from one of the Help file pages.

If you let us know what type of payment problem you're having we may be able to help you with that or direct you to the correct Help file &/Or contact form. - Cheers.

Kia ora Steven, you can get in touch with the team using 'contact us' at the bottom of the page, AJ is right, if it's something you need help with at the time live chat will be quicker.
