Problem with delivery details being sent but not

Hello Sarah. No, haven't heard of that issue previously. Perhaps ask your seller if they have experienced it from other buyers, which might suggest it's a problem at their end.

Have any other sellers told you they received blank details from you?

It’s been 2 different trades with 2 different traders

It's happened to me a few times when buyers send me the address and it doesn't say anything

It’s weird that it’s suddenly started happening - I think it may have been two trades which didn’t have the postage amount added

It's been happening on mine for a few months and I've always got the postage up, wondering if it's either when people send the address just through the app or just through the website because I had one person send me their address by email in case it hadn't come through and when I looked it had come through blank

This was when I went to send my address and it was showing a green tick that the address was sent already
