Other person wins and then promotly lists an offer

I feel like i have just een scammed seller lists items @ $1 reserve, then bids against buyers as a trade me user called , , wins the auction and promptly offers the item like the reserve was not achieved. So annoyed that Trade me does not block sellers like this . How can i block this seller ?

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserAileen, if the seller has more than one of the item, very common for new items, the seller can offer to as many other watchers as they like. 2 sales from the one listing so everyone is happy. By the way, it's not allowed to mention other members specifically on this public community page, so you need to edit those names out of your post.

You will have to Edit your Post to Delete the Member's names you have mentioned, it's against the Community Guidelines to identify other Members as you have done twice here.
Where a Seller has more than 1 of the item they are selling it is quite normal for a further same item to be offered out to all other Bidders & watchers at a Fixed Price Offer after the sale of the initial Listed item. - In this case Feedback will speak for itself & you have a Top Seller there, the purchases & bidding look very legitimate However if you witness this activity during Live auctions you use the Community watch Link at the bottom of the Listing page to notify your concern to TradeMe staff to investigate. TradeMe don't have a blocking system. - Cheers.
