Listing contact details in profile

Anyone else notice the blamtent listing of contact details on here. Reported one of my serial watchers through trade me that contact details were available in their profile. Got an email from trade me that they will respond in 1 to 2 days. 4 days later they requested feedback on their service. There was nothing done. Several days later contact details still up on profile. Will leave keeping trade me safe up to trade me from now on

Hello Jenny. The best way to report these (assuming the seller has listings) is to use Community Watch. There is a specific category on the drop down list for this situation.

I find the response is usually pretty fast when reported this way. Within a few hours or overnight it is actioned.

Thanks Callum. No listing but sick of this trader being a watcher on several of my auctions. Have had instances where auction ends and then immediately request is mafe for fixed price offers or relist. Only watcher on auction so think by having their contact details listed in profile may have been bait for me to contact them. I have not as I dont want to open myself up to potential scam. Regardless of what avenue it was put through I would have thought that trade me would have actioned it as it is a total breach of the rules.
