Why can't I delete or change my feedback?
AnsweredI am getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of features available on listings.
I have previously been advised to engage with the chat feature - which is a bot and not a person. The bot also gives instructions which cannot be completed as the relevant buttons on the page have been removed. So what now? How do I edit feedback? How do I claim back success fees when a buyer does not complete the sale?

To Edit or Delete Feedback follow these instructions Changing Feedback – Help - Trade Me
If you can't get to claim your Success Fees through the closed Listing page you contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance - To bypass the Chatbot type - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details in a new conversation before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Listing number in this window enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
I have recently had this issue (last week). I placed bank account details from seller as a note to myself, IN the note box from my PC. Next thing the seller is asking me to remove my feedback. Whaaat? I never left feedback. And for some reason there is NO edit feature so I can neither edit or delete the "feedback". I tried on my PC and my mobile phone. Nothing. Also the auction reference number was not he usual "P" followed by 9 digits. I'm highly embarrassed and frustrated!!! Something is very wrong with the system. And trying to get hold of TM....omg....losing my mind....
