NZ Post Booking Problem!!?? Help!!
Cant seem to book anything Through My product to ship away!!
i see there was a problem friday?
Still cant book anything, have orders that need sending asap!!
i have tried to update my addy and do buyers manually but still wont work
please any help???
have deleted cookies and history...

- Are you using the Desktop site or one of the Apps?
- How far through the booking are you able to get?
- Are you coming up with any error messages? - At what point?
- Are you booking a std Pick up or using the 'Something else I want to send' option?
Due to the continual upgrade of the system BAC is not available for some Listings in a few categories currently which is being worked on for resolve, in the interim you are able to use the 'Something else I want to send' option which I have just trialed so I can let you know, I am on the Desktop site, MS Edge Browser & have no problem booking through the 'Something else...' option.
If you are using one of the Apps Type TradeMe.co.nz in your device Browser to select the Desktop site to see if the issue persists.
If you are using the Desktop site can you try booking through one of the Apps?
You can follow the upgrade process & a few features being worked on for reinstatement through the following Help file page: We're upgrading some of our systems – Help - Trade Me
Let us know which device & which booking system you're using plus any error messages that pop up if you're still encountering any issues - Cheers.

thanks for your reply..
i’m currently using chrome with a mac desktop,
trying to send CDs & Lego Listings..going through the booking process it comes up with
both addresses are wrong.. sending standard nz post.. through my product..
have tried to update my address and have put the buyers in manually. with no success.will try the “something else to send option”
hope to have problem sorted soon 🤞🤞

Having the same problem. KP reference numbers seem to have issues.

I don't know what KP reference numbers are, but I'm having problems booking NZPost courier for Te Kamo addresses. Weirdly for such a small town I've sold two items there in a week. Both times the address is as per https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder but both rural & urban NZ Post prices come up and when I select the urban one and go to complete the booking I get an error message saying the address is wrong, I need to exit the booking tool and to go to https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder then try again. I follow the instructions and the second time I try I just get a 'sorry, something went wrong, try again' message. Same thing happens with 'send something else'. If I use NZPost's own site to book though, it works fine, but I have to pay 10% more than if through TradeMe.
