buyer paid - cant get an address from them!
Hey
Sold an item last week, I've not had any communication from the buyer, but they have paid, but they haven't sent a postal address, and they haven't responded to any emails. what avenue would you go down next? the buyer I have noticed does have current listings would it be appropriate to contact them via the question box??

Definitely appropriate to put a note through on the Q&A section of a Listing letting them know you have emailed regarding their purchase, please check their spam/junk email folder & make contact with you. - If this doesn't work, place a friendly feedback in a couple of days time advising the same. - All the Best!

Thanks for that, I thought I would give it another day just incase they are away for the weekend - but it has been a few days.

If they're running Listings they should be checking in for questions coming through - If by chance you have no contact or address to send to after the 7th day since purchase you can apply for your success fee refund which initiates an email from TradeMe to your Buyer on your behalf in attempt to get this back on track for you. - As they have paid already a prompt through the Q&A section & feedback if required should gain a response. - Cheers.😊
