Expired classified listing

Philippa, you can't bring up a closed classified listing at all. I always save a copy locally on my computer or print it to pdf before it closes, just for my records. Trademe may be able to get the info for you if you contact them using the Contact us link at the bottom of any page, or use their Live Chat on that same page. Live chat only shows up IF someone is available.

Someone once told me that even Trade Me can't get closed classifieds. Once they are gone they are gone. Would seem unlikely though. Because of the possibility of legal issues like you have found yourself in. Wasn't Trade Me themselves who told me that though.  So it's still worth asking them.

Sometimes google or archive.org also records a snapshot of old pages in their cache. You can try your luck with a cache search of the closed listing. This link will allow you to try that.  https://cachedview.com/
