“Sold” item displays as “Not Sold”?

I sold a vehicle via a TradeMe listing, not via an auction. I then marked the listing as “Sold” and entered the sell price as requested. However the listing is now on record as “Unsold”? How do I change this listing to reflect the sold status? For the record I have tried to edit the listing repeatedly over a number of days but still no joy?

Kia ora Owen, when you sell via a classified listing the sale takes place outside of Trade Me, and there is no recorded buyer on the listing - unlike with auctions where there is bidding and a winner. Classifieds go into unsold because we can't tell who the buyer was.
