Why cant i see offer fixed price to watchers?

Ive got an unsold item that had 3 watchers and i cannot see anywhere the option to send them a fixed price offer. Can anyone help me with this? Ive looked it up and there are post showing how to do the fixed item but on my listing, the option to select fixed price isnt even there... help?!?

The current system upgrades which has seen a few features like the Fixed Price Offer temporarily missing for a few categories has been extended to a resolve of missing features reinstated early in the New year 2025 - you can follow the progression of expected features reinstated through the Link below under 'What you need to know' - Cheers.
