Listing issues
Hi
Anyone else have these issues when starting a new listing via the start a new listing link? https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/list
1. Option for multi quantity is missing from price tab
2. Problem setting own shipping options. They're pre-set as "North island, non rural", "North island, rural", "South island, non rural", "South island, rural". They're greyed out unable to edit them or add other options like combined shipping.

BonnieEditedHi K, because I have found the new-look change to shipping options so very frustrating, I put the postage amount in the auction details, and also add there that I am happy to combine postage, and for the buyer to ask for the combined postage.

I've just done some tests and it's sort of weird.
If I try to list table tennis bats then when I get to the price and payment screen I get this option where I have to select auction or buy now
When I select Buy Now the options appear to set price and payment etc but the multiple quantity is missing
However, if I try to list a light bulb then I get the old screen where you have all the options, my previous selected payment options are prepopulated and I have the option of increasing the quantity.

It looks like your table tennis bats are in a category which has come across to the New Look TM platform. - I Listed a box in Home Decor, entered No money fields & got the old screen with the quantity box.
This is worth reporting through the 'Tell us what you think' Link at the bottom of the start a New Listing pages as this report goes direct to the correct Team who look into that particular issue and enhancements on the site having the multiple quantity box missing on the 'BuyNow' selection. - It is also worth checking in with a TM staff member through "Live Chat" incase there is a known workaround. You will also have unique information staff may need to help investigate the situation. - Cheers.

Kia ora K, some features are temporarily unavailable for some listings while we're making changes to the site. You can read about it here. My Products is unaffected by the changes, so if the functionality you need isn't there, you can try using My Products.

I'm finding all the new changes with TM at the moment super frustrating.
- It looks like there are more than 25 listings per page now. And subsequently went over my 'allocated' number of listings.
- I can't end some of listings early now.
- TM is very slow to respond to questions and issues relating to the new updates.
I'm really unhappy with the new changes.0
