Have requested the buyers address
AnsweredBuyer has paid 5 days ago, Have requested the buyers address, still haven't received the address, Have sent numerous emails. I don't seem to be able to ask trademe for the address, There's no direct help screen for this problem.

Sorry to read you are in limbo with that Trade,
A few checks for you...
- Have you checked your spam/junk email folder incase their email went there?
- If you had messages enabled it would pay to check there also - this is a common mis-connect between Buyers & Sellers.
- Place a friendly feedback letting your Buyer know you have emailed a couple of times for their address as it has not come through TradeMe, please check their spam/junk folder & make contact with you. - Feedback can be changed after the Trade is sorted though it can only be changed the once.
If you hear nothing by day 8 apply for your success fee refund which initiates an email from TradeMe to your Buyer, asking if they intend to complete the Trade - TradeMe will either refund your success fee within 3 days so you can relist the item(s) or you will hear from your Buyer. - You will need to refund your Buyer before Relisting the item(s).I hope your Buyer is well and you hear from them soon - All the Best - Cheers.Reference: Problems communicating with the buyer – Help - Trade Me

Where do you find the "Messages Enabled button"

Messages is available only if the Buyer and Seller are both using the Trade Me app (v108.2 or later). - Refer to Messages – Help - Trade Me - Cheers.
