trademe refund button has disappeared on chrome and firefox

i have no addons , not using any vpn , not using any blockers on trademe. chrome is complty clean install. the success refund button doesnt exist on either chrome or fire fox. both chrome and fire look exactly the same. , both browers show no success refund fee button. in  fact the whole secrion  where it should be is blank white space. iv searcherd whole page top to bottom on the sold page and its missing. i expect this is becuase trademe no longer refunds . 

just checked other listings  sold and they do have refund buttons  so its only happening on one listing . but it also happens to be the listing i require a refund .. how annoying.

Would your Reference number be in the new format KP-1xxxxx ? - these don't have the Success fee refund Tabs to select as yet in which case you can complete the form by selecting the 'Contact us' Link at the bottom of the Help file I will link below for you to send your request to TradeMe staff direct.

If your reference number is the Pxxxxx format can you try using a different browser like MS Edge? Or using one of the Apps in the interim?
