multi varients not working on Chrome or Android

We've got an issue where our multi varient listings (MVL) dont show the options on chrome or android
I have tried multiple desktops, and android phones and all the same, our options will show on apple and microsoft edge browers
our chrome browser is the latest, and all updates have been done, i have deleted and reinstalled, tried clearing cookies, cache etc
We are now having issues with customers purchasing a listing then requesting an option by email and advising us the options dont show, they are getting pissy when there is a price difference
This started happening on chrome a few months ago, trademe claim its our computer settings. and on android about 4 weeks ago
Is anyone else having similar issues and found a solution?
We use tradevine to list and manage our listings

Works for me (just checked the first random listing with choices I could find, not one of yours specifically).
It is not uncommon (at all) for customers to just leave it as the first-selected-option. For that reason I make all my listings have the first option be "Default / Random Choice", that way
1. I know they did that, and can check with them what they actually wanted
2. if they don't respond (more often than not!) then I can quite rightly just send them what I think is best/have most of/reach first

For me this listing just shows as one item for $155, there are no MVL options on both android (phone) and chrome on (either laptop, desktop or phone) only once i change to edge does it show the MVL options

I'm on a laptop using Firefox and the size choices are clearly visible here. Cheers.

Working for me on firefox and chrome (desktop)
I don't have an android phone to test that. Make sure you have the latest version of chrome. You might have something else locked down so it's not showing for you. Pop-up blockers, ad blockers, anti-tracking stuff can mess with selectable fields.

this is a screenshot from a customer yesterday, its allowed him to purchase, but doesnt give any MVL options on his android phone thru the trademe app

Works for me in 131.0.6778.85 desktop chrome.
I don't use the app.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserMax, the options for MVL don't show on your listings on the Android TM App. The list view on the app on all your listings that have MVL do correctly show the tagline More options available, that all MVL show, but the function to choose a MVL option is not available for buyers.

So overall, just be the android app that doesn't work. Should work on all desktop browsers. Not sure why it isn't showing for you on Chrome. Also I confirmed that it works on iOS / Apple app.
Help file says it SHOULD work on android app. So perhaps there has been an update that has killed it for now?
