A buyer said she her address though messages. I seached message on Trademe but can't find it

Victoria, Trademe messaging is only on the mobile Apps, not on regular website Trademe. I would ask them to send address by email or via the Send delivery address on the won auction page on Trademe.

Yes she finally just did! After 3 emails & feedback asking for her to email her address.

It was one of those delivery address glitch emails that says 

Buyer to pick-up or make arrangements directly with the seller

It's been an ongoing fault for at least 18 months.

I know the moderators on here tell you to go to chat so I wasted 30 mins on there talking to bots saying none of those options & a human eventually who just didn't get it! 

Where the page with all the complaints about the TM Glitch with the buyers address email thanks? 

I did search it but only got an Oops page!
