A Glitch in the matrix
I'd be interest to know who else has this issue..This happens across two platforms laptop and cell phone android app.
The odd auction question notification will not display and when I try to answer it on either cell or laptop it will not let me answer a legitimate buyers question.
when I do answer a question on another auction , that works , the auction will not disappear after a refresh.it is still marked as an unanswered question auction.
At the time when listing an auction , photos do load , upon starting the auction they end up disappearing, I then have to try editing several times to upload images.
When trying to do multiple relists at once , I now have to do a tedious further 2 steps to make a multiple quick relist.
The overall trademe layout has changed within the App visually ,as with desktop view.my guess is that there has been an overall software update and I question the testing prior to launching perhaps?

since my post , I have since not answered a trademe question due to issues, I've now lost the bidder somehow and now lost an auction sale..
congratulations on your slow response to this topic.
how can someone remove a bid? more so, what is going on with your platform?
I can see multiple users discussing several issues , some insight would be nice!

John, bidders can't remove their own bids, but what can happen is that for any number of reasons, including a seller not answering questions, a bidder can contact Trademe and request their bid to be removed, which Trademe must do if notified in time. Generally, people would ask questions BEFORE bidding, but sometimes a first bid can be beneficial, then iron out any questions later if they come to mind.

Kia ora John, sorry to hear about the problem you're having when trying to answer a question, that sounds pretty frustrating. If happens again, get in touch with us on live chat with the listing number and a screenshot with any message you're getting, and someone will look into it for you.
Do the same for any listings where the photos are disappearing so we can take a look.
