Ping got locked and withdrawal got canceled

Hey there so ive been trying to deal with this by emailing trade me but ive had no response so im coming on here. The other day i got a email telling me ive been locked out of ping and the withdrawal payment i made the day before had been canceled but i dont know where the payments gone and i cant view my ping to see if its in there so ive lost the entire payment for that deal i made and i dont know how i can get it back or fix my ping.. would be amazing if i can get some assistance!
