Live chat is on the Contact us page Tracey. Blue bubble lower right hand side. Have you contact the seller? What does the tracking say?

I have contacted the seller a number of times. I tracked the package and then had to phone them Aramax They said the seller had stopped the package and it was being sent back to her. She denied it. Then said she couldnt get hold of Aramax. . Now she won’t reply to my emails.

Oh, that doesn't sound good. If you paid with Ping or Afterpay you can contact Trademe using the Dispute resolution link on the auction or in the help pages. If you check the tracking again, it may show it has been returned, which may help your case. Might be time to place feedback if you haven't already, and explain in feedback what's happened so far, as you only have 45 days since purchase to place feedback.

Great advice from Gary-NZStocked - Just to add for you, for Internet Banking or Cash deposits Dispute Resolution reports can be filed within the full 45 days of the Listing closing - If this is how you paid - TradeMe contact your Seller in an attempt to mediate the situation in the first instance. - All the Best! - Cheers.
