A few things to do. If they have current listings and the seller's location is not the same as where the goods are coming from and there is no mention of what country the items are located in, then use the Community Watch link on the auctions to report to Trademe as Dropshippers need to be approved by Trademe, plus they MUST state in the auction what country the item is being shipped from and time for shipping.
Next step, click on the Dispute resolution link on the auction or from the link in the Help pages to report to Trademe.
You can also report the abuse to Trademe, as that's not on. Good idea to send Trademe a screenshot of the feedback and emails.

Kia Ora Lee & Christine,
Sorry to read of your experience with that Trade,
Is the watch still in transit to you or have you requested a refund which has set the Seller off?
You can also apply to have that Feedback removed - All the Best! - Cheers.

Lee & Christine you should not have to feel you need to close your account it is the seller who is in the wrong here and it’s likely Trade Me will restrict or close their account if they have been abusing you via email they take a strong stance on members being abusive. As mentioned above report them to Trade Me and if you would like to talk directly with someone from Trade Me about this abuse use the live chat option refer to this link for details on how to use the live chat option https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360046907671-Contacting-our-Customer-Experience-team#h_01GDCC6XQMXG53K74H0EASHFTC
And this link for more information on reporting the abuse https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360007264571-Reporting-abuse-or-inappropriate-behaviour

Lee & Christine - you haven't said if the seller is a drop shipper or not, if you go back the auction you will see the noted information and shipping terms.
its never ok to be abused any anyone, but there seems to be a bit of information missing - did you email them trying to get a refund? if the action says nothing about coming from another country etc then 100% report it but if it does say its coming from China and you missed that when buying the watch then the seller has listed correctly
