Ping has been suspended on my TM account
I cannot make payments using Ping despite my payment options being accurate and current. Trade Me has told me that my credit card has expired but this is not so. It expires in 09/27. I have had two emails from Trade Me but they have not made it possible for me to pay by Ping. I've paid by Ping eight times in the last month so it has been working fine. Any help from the Community would be gratefully received. Thanks you.

Sorry to hear of that dilemma with your credit card,
Have you tried deleting the card and re-entering it as a new payment card?
Have you been in a live chat with a staff member or are you receiving auto generated email responses?

I've deleted and re-entered my credit card, debit card and bank account several times today and I still can't get Ping to work for me. I am hoping tomorrow may bring me a solution!
A staff member named Cristiano, who appeared to be a person, answered my email earlier today but I got only two emails. After I told Trade Me /Cristiano that the suggested solution of deleting and re-entering my card didn't work, I haven't heard further.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow bringing a solution.

You may well hear back from a TradeMe staff member tomorrow, the Customer Service Team are manned through the weekend from 9:30am - 4:pm.
If you find you still can't use the Ping option and haven't heard back from a staff member you can contact them through their "Live Chat" facility for further assistance during these manned hours though I find the CS staff are pretty prompt in following up with current correspondence of reported issues, it maybe a different person you hear back from as the team cover all cases during different shifts. - Cheers.

What else you can try...
Are you using the Desktop site or one of the Apps?Ensure your Browser/App is running the Latest up to date version - If Yes! try after clearing your cookies & cache.How to Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies: On Any Browser (wikihow.com)
If you're still having an issue and are using one of the Apps type Trademe.co.nz in your device Browser to go to the Desktop site and try through there. - Cheers.
