I'm not receiving Trade Me emails
Hi. I've stopped receiving all TradeMe emails? No idea why BUT I have tried the obvious solutions to no avail? Help!

This has happened to me several times. I found the only answer was to contact Trade Me on Live Chat and ask them to remove the "exception" on your email address. Cheers.

They keep changing the site and making things much harder to find. I really wish we could get the old site back. It was so much more User Friendly. Thanks for that. Now, if only I could find Live Chat :(

To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -

My Comment for you has gone into Pending Status awaiting a TradeMe staff member to clear, as this is likely not to be until Monday 19 August 2024 - Meantime this is how it reads for you so you can get some help from a TM Staff member - Cheers.
